Organic dried figs are a brilliant fruit, packed full of fibre, vitamins and minerals. Low in fat, a good source of fibre, manganese, potassium and Vitamin K. We love to snack on them, use them in baking and we chop them up and put them in granola and as a topper on overnight oats. Super yum, squishy, sweet and delish!
