What ways can I shop Naked?
OK, so there're 3 different ways to shop Naked:
Are all your products suitable for vegetarians and vegans?
Yes! We have curated a wide range of amazing products (refills, pre-packaged foods, household goods and personal goods) which are plant-based, vegan-friendly, and have not been tested on animals or contain animal products. We've got lots of cool products (including 'accidentally vegan' products) and reckon our vegan sweet range is one of the best in Hampshire! Our vegan sweets are total rockstars of products - and yes, we might have taste tested absolutely everything we have to prove this...
Do your products contain nuts or other allergens?
We operate from an artisan style kitchen and certain allergens are present at all times and in constant use, which may include mustard, peanuts, tree nuts (including almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, cashews, pecans, pistachios), sesame seeds, wheat and soybeans. We do of course follow recommended guidelines regarding cross-contamination, but if you have an allergy you need to be aware that air-borne contamination is a possibility and our products may therefore not be suitable for you to eat as they may contain an allergen. There is absolutely no dairy, meat or fish in our products or in our kitchen.
How much does delivery cost?
We offer one fixed delivery price of £6.95 for UK wide delivery, or if you are local to us, why not pop into the store from 12th April, or order online and use our click and collect service at no additional cost. For click and collect, we'll email you when your order is ready for collection.
What payment methods do you accept?
In-store payments can be made by cash or credit / debit card. No cash is in left in the premises overnight.
Are you trained in food safety and hygiene?
All of our team are trained in food safety and hygiene, and are required to complete and pass a Food Hygiene & Safety – Level 2 course as part of their training.
Are you properly insured?
Of course. We have full public liability insurance, product liability insurance and employers liability insurance.
